Incremental Databases

Upload complete workbooks. New IDs are added, changed IDs are updated and unchanged IDs are skipped.

Sources: DB1 and DB DEMAND are synchronized by permanent ID. RESUMEN PROD supplies Ratio TC2 and Repotting Efficiency by variety, format and base lot. DB1 dispatch quantities are imported as written; uploading production efficiencies does not change them. Editing Repotting Efficiency manually recalculates that row; Auto restores its imported quantities. A manual value remains until you select Auto. Keep each ID attached to its original record. DB SUPPLY is derived automatically from DB1. Fixed rules of 1 L = 15 weeks and 0.6 L = 13 weeks recalculate the complete dispatch schedule. Only Rosita and Raymi are included; Breeding is excluded. On the first ID import, older rows without IDs are backed up and the uploaded database becomes the active baseline. Backups are included in Export Databases.
